I break projects into stages—like planning and architecture, development sprints, testing, and deployment—so clients feel progress without overwhelm. I also integrate tools like Notion for project tracking and feedback, GitHub for version control and transparency, and Jotform for contracts and client intake. A well-crafted process doesn't just make my life easier—it makes clients feel cared for, respected, and confident in our collaboration.

I also invite clients into a Notion dashboard where they can track progress, see upcoming milestones, and leave feedback. This shared space creates accountability and keeps communication clear. No more endless email chains or lost details.
